These are 1960s US Army OG107 UTILITY PANTS, commonly known as Baker Pants or Fatigue Pants, a popular item. Among them, this contract number is a rare model with cotton twill material. Baker pants usually have a cotton sateen material, but this one has cotton twill material on the surface. The front and back of the material seem to be reversed, and they are also called back satin pants. They have a button fly and details typical of the 60s, such as large flaps on the hip pockets.
