I purchased this item here, had it dry cleaned, and wore it once. The fur appears to be real coyote, and dry cleaning it is very expensive, so I hand-washed it with a detergent for delicate items. The fur had a scent from the time of purchase, which didn't come out even after washing. (Is it the scent of the detergent? It's not an unpleasant smell.) The buttons and cuffs are slightly scuffed and have become whitish, but otherwise, it's in beautiful condition. Down 80%, Feather 20%
