I am selling my father's unwanted items on his behalf. This is a USB-connected cooling vest (Peltier vest). When powered on, the cooling parts in four locations (white parts in the second photo) instantly become cold. The cooling intensity seems to be adjustable in three levels. The size is L. It seems he rarely wore it because the size didn't fit, so I think there are almost no tears or stains. Washed and operation confirmed.
