A cute outfit: a striped turtleneck paired with a tulle skirt. It's a little hard to see, but there are small holes and some fraying in the tulle. Please check the photos. Personally, I didn't mind them... The item has been home-laundered, but it's still a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition.
