I've only worn it once outside, and there are no noticeable rust spots or stains. However, it has been stored at home (in a zip-lock bag), and since it's silver, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor rust. I will wipe it with a silver-polishing cloth and then place it in a zip-lock bag before shipping.
