This is a Silky trumpet mouthpiece, model 13A4A. It's a custom-made piece, and the original owner's initials are engraved on the side of the cup. I'm not sure if the specifications differ from the standard 13A4A, but I believe it's a good one that produces a very natural sound. It's being offered at a bargain price because it's not in the best condition.
