This product is a rental disc. I watched it once with my child and then stored it at home. The case is new. The DVD itself has no noticeable stains and plays without any problems. (Although it's a rental disc, so I've marked it as having some scratches and stains, there are no overall noticeable stains.) Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as this is a pre-owned item and has been stored at home.
