There are minor scratches on the plastic parts. The silicone parts are yellowed as shown in the photos. There is no odor or stickiness on the silicone parts. (If you are concerned, replacement silicone parts are available for sale as accessories on the momcozy shop on Amazon) All items included at the time of purchase are included. There is a small stain on the side of the storage case, as shown in photo 3. Hands-free pumping was very convenient because it freed up my hands during pumping. Also, it automatically stops after a set time, so I was able to pump properly even if I dozed off during pumping, which was a great help after giving birth. I was able to express about 100-160 ml from each breast, so I was able to pump effectively.
