I received this as a gift about two and a half years ago. Size is 44-47cm. I've only used it about twice. There are some areas on the brim that are a bit white. Please check the photos. Other than that, there's no shedding of the pom-pom or loss of shape, and it's in beautiful condition. The elastic is not stretched out. It's made of cotton, so it can be used all year round. It's very cute on a baby, so please consider it^_^ I will send it with the pom-pom slightly pressed down.
