This is a Charlotte Cardigan brand from the West Coast of America. I purchased these directly from the local area as they were not available in Japan. These items are from when I was running a shop, so a considerable amount of time has passed, and I believe they should be considered vintage. The print is very beautiful, and the buttons and sequins are detailed, which is typical of the brand. I doubt you can buy these now, either in Japan or locally, as they are likely very expensive.
