Purchased at Oasis 21 (2012). This is a stuffed toy commemorating the 10th anniversary of Pokemon Center Nagoya, featuring illustrations of Pikachu and the starter Pokemon (Chikorita, Mudkip, Chimchar, etc.) printed on a flag. The tag is attached, but there are folds, tears, and peeling. This item has been stored at home for a long time. It is a used item, but I believe it is now difficult to obtain.
