All items shown in the images are included. I purchased this item new several years ago. I used it regularly, so it has some scratches and dirt. The battery is dead, so you will need to replace it to get it working. Also, I have lost a connecting pin from a part of the belt (see photos 8 and 9), so you will need to replace the belt or attach a pin to the missing part if you want to wear it on your wrist.
