The product is not a rental copy. There is a minor scratch on the upper left of the case surface, but it's not very noticeable, and the overall condition is clean. The lyric card is also in good condition with no folds, and there are no issues with its use. The CD itself plays perfectly fine. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition.
