Although there is no certification tag, I believe it is genuine Oshima Tsumugi based on the texture. It has a light and pleasant crispness. It is an unused item with the basting stitches still in place, so you can wear it immediately. (As shown in photo 6, there is a slight stain on the lining, but it does not affect wear.)
