The main body and outer box are in excellent condition. The inner box has marks from when the tape was removed during opening. It's not noticeable when the box is closed. The accessories, including the bag that held the hair ties, are still included. Since the tape that secured the head before opening is missing, I will pack it carefully with cushioning material to prevent movement during shipping.
