Excellent condition! JR West ICOCA Okayama/Hiroshima Area Service Launch Commemoration This ICOCA was released in 2007 to commemorate the launch of the service, with a limited edition of 30,000 cards. I used it a few times by tapping while it was still in the bag, just to use up the deposit. As of February 1st, I have confirmed that it can be charged and used. The backing card is not included.
