Purchased from an antique shop in Osaka about 20 years ago. I was told it was a picture of an old actress (probably American), but I don't know who it is, so I imagined it was Marlene Dietrich ♡. I don't have a scale, so I can't weigh it exactly, but it seems to be around 2.5kg.
