It looks a bit like a vintage British sterling silver charm bracelet. Floral decorations are engraved on the sides of the bracelet, going all the way around. It gives a luxurious feel. I think it's made of silver, but it's quite old, so I don't know the details. It weighs 31g and has some heft. Diameter approximately 6.5cm, circumference (measured on the inside) approximately 19cm.
