I purchased this at a department store at the regular price. It's a Polo Ralph Lauren dress. The size is listed as 4 years old, but since this brand tends to run small, it would probably fit a 2 or 3-year-old perfectly. There's elastic in the waist, so some children might find the feel a bit uncomfortable. Price is not negotiable.
