Regarding the size of this item, the tag says YOUTH M, so it's probably a children's T-shirt, but since only the size M is indicated, I'm listing it as a 160 size. It was a very cute item, so I tried it on to see if I could wear it myself if the size was right. I am 151cm tall and of average build, and I could wear it, but it was quite tight. I think it could be worn by a slender adult woman. Please check the size in the measurement photos. In terms of design, I think it can be worn by both boys and girls!
