I was using this for updo practice. It has a good amount of hair for styling. The length isn't that long, but you can still cut it a few times for cutting practice. For updo practice, I practiced what styles I could do with a medium length, how to create voluminous upstyles, and styles like traditional Japanese hairstyles. There is some split hair, but it can still be used for updo practice.
