I purchased this item from this site previously. I've watched it once with my child. The case has been replaced with a new one. The lyric booklet has light creases on a few pages, but there are no stains and it's perfectly usable. The title sheet has tape on it in two places from when I bought it, and the tape is discolored. The title sheet shows some signs of use. The DVD itself has no noticeable stains and plays without issue. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as this item is a used item and has been stored at home.
