I kept this indoors after purchasing it. It's new with tags, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been stored by a private individual and several years have passed since the purchase. There is a black sewing thread coming out of the left hand, possibly due to an initial defect. I will ship it in an OPP bag! Disney Goofy Stuffed Badge
