I purchased this on Rakuten for around 3000 yen. I used it once for an event and have been storing it in a dark place since then. Because I stored it with the pinback buttons attached, there are faint marks from the buttons on the surface vinyl. Otherwise, there are no tears or scratches. Please purchase with the above in mind.
