Hanging scroll written by Kobayash Taigen, featuring a single line: "Kwan (Kan) Nanboku Tōzai Katsuro Tsū" (All directions, north, south, east, and west, the path of life is open). This hanging scroll is often used during milestones such as the end of the year, graduation, or job placement. It would also be suitable for the beginning of the open hearth season, which marks the transition between the furo (summer brazier) and the ro (sunken hearth). There are no noticeable folds or stains, and the condition is excellent. The accompanying box is also in good condition, showing its age.
