This is an old komon (small pattern) kimono. It's a lovely piece with large arrow fletching and peony patterns on a deep red background. The parts that look like shibori (tie-dye) are actually dyed patterns, not shibori. Length: 140cm Sleeve to center back: 63cm Sleeve length: 69cm Please excuse any errors as these are amateur measurements. There are seams on both sleeves and the front. The right okumi (front panel) appears to be made of different fabric, though the pattern is dyed the same. There is a stain on the front of the right sleeve where it is joined. There is a faint stain around the right chest area. There are faint stains on the lining. There are other small, faint stains and dirt, but they are not noticeable. The color is also lovely, so I think it would be good for remakes. Please consider this an old, antique item with some minor scratches and stains. It is not possible to confirm and report 100% of the small imperfections of old fabric. Please refrain from complaints after purchase, except for obvious issues or oversights.
