This is a children's scissors featuring Anpanman. I had been using all-plastic ones, but they didn't cut at all, so I bought a pair with stainless steel blades. Even so, the sharpness isn't as good as regular scissors. This is by design, so the sharpness hasn't deteriorated since I bought it. It cuts cleanly up to 3 centimeters from the base. I think it's sufficient for children to cut origami. Since it can only be used for a short time, I think it's better than buying a new one. There is no outer packaging. Retail price is 748 yen.
