This is a Miffy backpack I purchased at Birthday a few years ago. It was very popular at the time. The shoulder straps are adjustable and have a clasp in the front to prevent them from slipping. It's new with tags and unused, but has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
