Initialized. I haven't turned it on in a while, but it works perfectly. There are two remotes, and they both have covers. Please note that batteries are not included. You can play Link's Bowgun Training, Taiko Drum Master, and Mario Kart. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches, but it's a used item, so please understand if there are minor imperfections.
