This is the CARAVAN EXCEL LIGHT DOWNBAG #700. It's a mountaineering sleeping bag from a while back. It has 700g of down fill, but I think it provides warmth suitable for three seasons. There's some dirt and down loss, but it should still be usable. The Velcro on the main body is about half unraveled (see image 7). How about taking it with you for mountain climbing or camping?
