I am selling this item because I have disposed of my PS4 (operating environment). It has been stored indoors in a dark place, so the rubber parts around the lens and the headset cushions are in relatively good condition, but I believe it shows signs of aging. The essential dedicated parts are all included, but the included HDMI cable is missing. Since a general-purpose HDMI cable can be used, I don't think this will be a problem. As a bonus, I will include a dirt prevention sheet for the headset. I am currently unable to confirm its operation, so I will sell it as junk. Please refrain from purchasing if you do not understand the meaning of "junk."
