This is a red ball fuchi-gashira (a type of decorative weight used in hanging scrolls). The tassel is in good condition. I couldn't confirm the material of the red ball. I can't imagine whether it's coral, agate, or cinnabar. There are some small holes (defects) like nests. It's a lovely fuchi-gashira. The size is 4.3 cm x 3.6 cm.
