The original was released in the 2003aw CLOSER season and was a highly popular item, trading for over 1 million yen in the used market. This mod coat was a re-release as part of the "ARCHIVE REDUX" project, which commemorated the brand's 25th anniversary by reissuing past masterpieces. This mod coat was particularly popular, and some shops only sold it to their customers at the time. The illustrations and logos on the back are handmade, so there are individual differences. As shown in image 5, there is a mark on the waist area that looks like ink splatter from hand painting. This is a valuable piece, especially since the brand has already ended, but I no longer have the opportunity to wear this mod coat as my wardrobe has become centered around techwear.
