This is a high-quality, 10mm machine-stitched purple iron (Shitetsu) men (face protector) from Tokyo Seibudo, made with navy deerskin and titanium faceguard. It was made with a focus on the robustness and durability of the men's futon (padding) and tsuki-dare (throat protector). When purchased, the men alone cost around 200,000 yen (retail price). Hokkamuri (head covering) is 70cm. Monomi (viewing area) is 12cm. The men-dare (face protector skirt) length is 20.5cm from the kanuki (stitching). The men-futon (padding) width is 19.5cm, and it covers the shoulders well, creating a beautiful silhouette. There is some fading and wear on the back of the men-futon.
