WOWPASS Used in July 2025. There are a few yen of remaining balance on both the WOWPASS and Tmoney cards. I installed the app here, but I will uninstall it, so you can check the balance when you pay and use it. It usually costs 500 yen to issue. It costs 800 yen on Amazon.
