The VA-5 is ideal for use with lightweight, compact digital SLR cameras and video cameras up to 3 kg. It is compatible with the SIRUI TY- quick shoe and many Arca-Swiss compatible systems. Includes quick release plate TY-70A. I used it for video shooting with a professional video camera Panasonic HC-X2000 and a mirrorless camera. It is small and lightweight at 600g, and pan and tilt operate smoothly. There are some scratches and wear and tear from use. There is a noticeable scratch on the pan bar because I attached a remote control.
