I think it's a dress that can be worn to a casual wedding. As shown in the photos, it's a two-piece set. The inner layer has adjustable shoulder straps, allowing for some size adjustments. Also, as shown in the photos, the inner layer has some wrinkles. The color is a subdued blue, which is difficult to see in the photos. The inner layer is made of a material that is almost opaque. The outer lace dress has different lengths in the front and back, and the measurements are approximate.
