This is a handguard (protector) for a French horn, made from 1mm thick vegetable-tanned leather. The leather colors available are black, brown, dark brown, olive, green, red, blue, and burgundy. Thread colors available are white, black, brown, and beige. It's easy to attach and detach with Velcro. The back of the handguard is water-repellent treated. It is designed to fit instruments where the mouthpipe curves near the little finger hook or below it (similar to the Arter B type). It can be attached to Yamaha's current models, Alexander 1103, 503, and others. We can also make handguards for Alexander 103, so please feel free to inquire.
