This is a car adapter for the Game Boy that plugs into the car's cigarette lighter. When the Game Boy came out, I was in high school, and I still played it from time to time even after I started driving. Game Boy games were simple, which was perfect. But I stopped using it when the PSP took over, and it was sealed away. Actually, you can just use a converter to connect it to a regular outlet now... So, I guess this is more of a collector's item.
