I upcycled a kimono to make harem pants. Once you wear them, you'll be hooked (o^^o) The design of a commercially available pair was comfortable, so I unpicked them to create a pattern and then made my own. The hems look narrow, but they flare out when worn, making them easy to move in. I'm constantly making improvements to make them even more comfortable. They can be worn either way, but the hem design is different front and back. Side pockets included. Some stains present. I didn't like how the waistband would bunch up with a thick elastic, so I used two rows of thin elastic instead.
