I bought this for my grandchild, but they hardly used it. It has been stored for a long time without the box, so I recommend it as a collector's item. There is no box or instruction manual. The height adjustment has two levels: the lowest and the highest. There is no locking in between. It will be shipped folded, so it will be in the state shown in photo 7 when it arrives. Please slowly and gradually rotate the black arrow part in photo 8. The white arrow part in photo 9 will be the axis of rotation. I think it will be easy to move if you hold the brown bar and the gray part. When folding, rotate the white arrow in photo 5 in the opposite direction as when opening, but it will not move unless you raise the red arrow part in photo 6 all the way to the wire, so please try it when it arrives. #Popo-chan #Popo-chan Buggy
