This belonged to my mother, who was a master of the Hanayagi school of dance. It's a wooden stick with red fabric wrapped around it. It appears to be handmade. It was likely used for lessons and performances. I think it's still usable, but it has been stored for a long time. For those who understand that this is a used item, thank you.
