Vintage helmet, a 60s BUCO TRAVELER. Ear cuffs, interior, and repairs were done in July at a vintage helmet specialty store. It has not been worn since the repair. The exterior shows its age, but it is recommended for those seeking a vintage helmet with a clean interior. Some rivets were replaced with new ones when the ear cuffs were installed. It should fit snugly and deeply. The color is black, and I suspect it's an old repaint. The rivets are the type without the BUCO stamp. The inner snap button is stamped "RAU F.CO.PROV.R.I.", which is from the RAU FASTENER company that existed until 1968. Please make your judgment from the images.
