This is a Uniqlo Packable Parka. It's a size for 12-13 year olds, so it's approximately 150-160cm. It's water-repellent, has UV protection, and can be folded compactly for portability. The name tag has been cut off. Also, there is a mark on the right sleeve that looks like a pencil smudge (please check image 4).
