This is a Japanese-made YAMAHA SD-365 from approximately 40 years ago. It's original, except for the heads and the snare wires. Size: 14x6.5 inches Color: Hairline Silver There is some rust and pitting on the chrome plating, but the strainer switch and other parts don't have any noticeable rust. The internal mute is undamaged, and it's in good condition considering its age. When played, it has a pleasant, dry, dead sound, and I loved the way it sounded even without the mute. Because it doesn't overpower an ensemble, I personally recommend it as a first snare drum!
