Missing items: Guy lines x 3 Pegs x 16 Hammer x 1 Please use substitutes. As shown in photo 3, the assembly instructions are attached to the storage bag. They were detached when I purchased it. Photo 4 is probably the Velcro to attach the flysheet to the poles. I was able to assemble it without any problems. It is an old item and has been used outdoors, so there are some scratches, stains, and the smell of campfire. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues.
