This is an IL BISONTE pocket tissue case, probably in the color "Nume" (natural leather). There is some blue-green corrosion on the metal hardware. There is a light stain on the back. The size is about 13 x 8.7 cm, which is about the size of a pocket tissue. It's designed to hold a pocket tissue and close with two snaps. I will send it in simple packaging using materials I have on hand. -
