PLUS PK-513L This is the PLUS PK-513L manual paper cutter. The cut line lights up. (See photo 7) It can cut through dozens of sheets of thick paper with a single stroke. It worked fine up to about 1-2 cm. (See photos 5-6) It can cleanly cut even just two sheets of thin copy paper. (See photo 4) It also has a scale, allowing for detailed work in millimeters.
