Brand new, unused. The batteries for operational check are included and the operation has been confirmed, but the item will be considered as without batteries. (Returns and exchanges due to dead batteries are not accepted.) Currently, a chain of approximately 30cm is attached, and a shorter chain of approximately 4cm is also included, so you can change them to your preference.
