This is a drawstring bag from the Shanghai handmade bag brand, Aoshika. The strap is adjustable, allowing for various carrying styles (as seen in the 12th web image). My daughter gave it to me as a Mother's Day gift last year. It cost 6500 yen. I've used it a few times, but since it was my first drawstring bag, I didn't quite get used to it.
